Pioneer Green Farm partners with Drymon’s Citrus Nursery, who is a licensed hemp cultivation nursery, producing all of our hemp flowers. We have 5 acres on one nursery with 4 greenhouses and 3 outdoor fields. Pioneer Green Farms, Inc. now owns and has a second 5-acre location in Myakka.

Pioneer Green Farm’s staff has decades of nursery experience. BC and Sylvia Drymon, Chief Agronomist, have over 40 years of farming experience. They manage and lead the staff of growers, assistant growers, quality control staff, and internal transport staff engaged in the growing, care and maintenance of the company’s horticultural products that are produced for wholesale. Directs the application of technical procedures, timing and metering devices that control frequency, amount and type of nutrient applications; regulate humidity, ventilation, temperature and amount of light; and dispense fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides and fungicides. Monitors crop development and the removal of substandard plants to maintain quality standards. Shane,Cultivation Supervisor, has 6 years experience in hemp farming, including Colorado and Florida. Shane oversees the Grow Crew and Trimmers. He is to fill in for the Master Grower when they are unavailable. He must know everything the Master Grower knows, maintains the day-to-day operations of the cultivation site, and trains the remainder of the crew.
